This week!

I’m ready for this week, are you?

This week, we’ll tackle lesson 3 in Unit 1 of the textbook.

We will also work with our last list of word parts.

We going to review the simple tenses: present, past, and future and finish discussing the future conditional.

See everyone Monday!

Happy October

For this first week of October, we will finish studying  gerunds (look at this sentence) and start to look at future conditional tense.

We will also spend a little more time looking at a couple of amendments in the Bill of Rights.

We will also analyze some different types of graphs, look at earning power, and match careers/jobs to intelligences. We will discuss careers/jobs you might want to pursue.

On Thursday, we will talk about exercise and complete another practice lesson – this week about phone messages.

Our first assignment

Thanks for joining me!

This is my first class website! I’m glad you are here with me.

We will start by sharing links for the reading selections for Thursday, September 12.  The morning class will read and listen to this story about the US Tennis Open.

The afternoon class will read and listen to an article telling us all about the new a good breakfast.

After listening to and reading the articles, there will be some comprehension questions to answer.
