If you get a chance, go to Beacon Park in Detroit to see Prismatica, for free!
Also, if you or anyone you know is having a hard time paying for food, Gleaners Food Bank can help. If you are interested in volunteering, they always need people.
Have a great weekend. See you on Monday!
We worked really hard today – reading paragraphs and trying to identify topic sentences. We’ll keep trying next week. Here are the slides from today.
Daylight saving time ends this weekend. Don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour (fall back) Saturday night before you go to bed.
Have a great weekend! See you on Monday.
Only nine children came trick or treating to my house tonight. How many came to your house?
Tomorrow is a new month – November! See you then.
We’ve spent the last couple of days prepping for the test that Ms. Silva will give us on Monday.
During the practice tests, many students struggled with answering questions about street maps. This picture is a summary from the Burlington lesson about maps that we did in class.

I hope you find this helpful.
Have a great weekend!
Here is today’s presentation.
There has been a change in our regular schedule. On Monday, October 29, Ms Silva will come and give the reading test. Only the reading test. Due to that, I’ve decided to give the Burlington practice tomorrow. We also completed a practice lesson together. On Thursday, we will do a second reading lesson and go over the results of your practice test.
